The 'Wolverine' blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500, and is marketed in fitness and injury-recovery circles for rapid healing. The pairing itself has not been studied.

What is published comes from cell and animal studies. Findings in those models frequently do not carry over to people.

Reported cautions and unknowns

  • Injection-site reactions appear among the adverse events reported to the FDA for BPC-157.
  • There are no combined pharmacokinetic or toxicity data for any of these blends, so interaction risk is unquantified.
  • The FDA's 2026 compounding-committee briefing on BPC-157 documented adverse-event reports and gaps in impurity characterisation for that single peptide.
  • Sterility, identity and concentration of multi-peptide compounded vials vary by supplier; only a current third-party Certificate of Analysis can confirm what a vial actually contains.
