• Pep-Tidy is an informational calculation and scheduling tool for research use.
• It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it is a dosing recommendation.
• Pep-Tidy does not sell peptides and does not recommend vendors.
• Every calculation must be independently verified before you act on it. Numbers here are a starting point for your own checking, not an instruction.

You agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 21.
• Scrape, resell, or republish the library and calculator content as your own.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its data.
• Use Pep-Tidy to advertise, broker or facilitate the sale of controlled or prescription substances.
• Submit content through the contact form or comments that is unlawful, abusive or someone else's private information.

You are solely responsible for what you do with any figure, schedule or reminder produced by Pep-Tidy. Consult a qualified clinician before using any substance. Do not use the site in place of professional medical judgment, and never treat a calendar entry or reminder as clearance to take anything.

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. You can request deletion at any time through the contact form. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we may discontinue features at any time.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Peptide reference information is compiled from published sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not warrant that calculations, schedules, reminders or emails will be delivered, correct or timely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAMSTECH LLC and anyone working on Pep-Tidy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, health outcome, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or ten US dollars.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date above will change with them, and continuing to use Pep-Tidy after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to that venue.
