What is published comes from cell and animal studies. Findings in those models frequently do not carry over to people.

Reported cautions and unknowns

  • There are no combined pharmacokinetic or toxicity data for any of these blends, so interaction risk is unquantified.
  • The FDA's 2026 compounding-committee briefing on BPC-157 documented adverse-event reports and gaps in impurity characterisation for that single peptide.
  • Sterility, identity and concentration of multi-peptide compounded vials vary by supplier; only a current third-party Certificate of Analysis can confirm what a vial actually contains.

How do you reconstitute GLOW blend?

A common starting point for a 70 mg vial of GLOW blend is 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, which gives 23.33 mg per mL. Aim the water down the inside wall of the vial, let it dissolve on its own, and roll gently instead of shaking. How many units of GLOW blend is one dose?

At 23.33 mg per mL, that works out to about 3 units on a U-100 insulin syringe for a 700 mcg dose. Change the vial size, water volume, or target dose in the calculator and the syringe reading updates with it. This is arithmetic, not a dosing recommendation.
